Network registration and governance records

Direct signup stores account identity and email, professional declarations, area and setting, consent and terms version. Onboarding and subscription identifiers, payment state and owner approval are retained for membership administration. Only Willoway administrators upload and publish encrypted governance documents. Approved members view the current versions read-only and can acknowledge reading; partners cannot upload or download through the portal. Document views and acknowledgements are logged. Personal contracts/HR resources are visible only to the selected partner and owner; training assignments are member-specific. This is not a patient record or sensitive personnel-verification system. NEXUS clinical-data entry remains disabled; its fictional demonstration keeps changes only in the open page. Viewing controls do not prevent all screenshots or determined extraction.

Separate general expressions of interest

Practitioner interest forms retain profession, regulator, town or region, practice setting and brief experience with name, email, message and consent for owner review. These are self-declared, not verified credentials; no patient or verification documents should be entered. An enquiry creates no membership or clinical/course access.

Demonstration privacy information

This is not Willoway’s approved legal policy. Contact enquiries store name, email, service interest, message and consent timestamp. V300 programme enquiries also retain profession, university, predicted intake date, required supervised hours and supplied university requirements. Sign-in and course access use account identifiers and learning records. Stripe hosts checkout; this website does not store card numbers or security codes.

RADIESSE training records

The protected masterclass retains your declared professional name, email, regulator, registration and consent, plus module attempts, scores and theory progress. These are training records, not automatic professional-register verification. They are stored in the application, not posted to the supplied file’s separate Google Form or stored as browser-local personal data. Do not include patient information.

Application support enquiries

Use the general enquiry form for availability, format and fees only. Do not send children’s names, diagnoses, screening answers, medical or school reports, National Insurance/NHS numbers, benefit letters or other sensitive documents. If we agree to work together, confidential evidence-sharing arrangements will be discussed separately.
